Scope

The journal focuses on new findings and innovative scientific advances in all aspects of collagen (the main component of animal skin) and leather, aiming to provide a platform for both scientists and engineers to address and discuss the theoretical and practical problems encountered in leather manufacture and novel utilizations of collagen. It also reports progressive achievements on chemistry, material science, biotechnology, biomaterials, environmental protection, chemical engineering and other related disciplines that can promote the leather industry and collagen material fabrication. Quartiles

The set of journals have been ranked according to their SJR and divided into four equal groups, four quartiles. Q1 (green) comprises the quarter of the journals with the highest values, Q2 (yellow) the second highest values, Q3 (orange) the third highest values and Q4 (red) the lowest values.
