Scope

Advances in Interdisciplinary Studies of Work Teams provides ideas, examples, and frameworks for both practice and theory from some of the world's leading thinkers in collaboration and team work. Work teams have been in use for many years, yet research-based knowledge on the keys to high performance still has questions to be answered. This series tries to bridge that gap by covering a range of issues relating to team work in its entirety such as: collaboration, leadership, management of work teams and team development.
