Scope

InDret es una revista jurídica centrada en el análisis del derecho. InDret promueve un enfoque interdisciplinario por medio de la combinación de métodos tradicionales en la investigación jurídica con los ofrecidos por las ciencias sociales. La revista está organizada en cuatro grandes secciones (Derecho Privado, Derecho Penal, Criminología y Derecho Público y Regulatorio). Desde su fundación en 1999, se ha convertido en una revista jurídica de referencia en España y América Latina, y proporciona un foro de discusión sobre cuestiones fundamentales en el ámbito jurídico. La revista está dirigida a investigadores, profesionales del derecho y estudiantes avanzados y está comprometida con los más altos estándares de calidad en la investigación jurídica. InDret publica artículos escritos por académicos, jueces y profesionales y solicita reseñas de libros recientes y significativos de reconocidos expertos. Todos los artículos publicados bajo la etiqueta «Análisis» se someten a un riguroso proceso de revisión por pares de doble ciego. InDret se publica trimestralmente. Cada número de la revista aparece durante la segunda quincena de los meses de enero, abril, julio y octubre. Todo el contenido de la revista está disponible en acceso abierto en el sitio web de InDret. InDret está dirigido por un grupo de académicos que forman parte del consejo editorial de la revista y cuenta con el apoyo institucional del Departamento de Derecho de la Universitat Pompeu Fabra. Quartiles

The set of journals have been ranked according to their SJR and divided into four equal groups, four quartiles. Q1 (green) comprises the quarter of the journals with the highest values, Q2 (yellow) the second highest values, Q3 (orange) the third highest values and Q4 (red) the lowest values.

The SJR is a size-independent prestige indicator that ranks journals by their 'average prestige per article'. It is based on the idea that 'all citations are not created equal'. SJR is a measure of scientific influence of journals that accounts for both the number of citations received by a journal and the importance or prestige of the journals where such citations come from It measures the scientific influence of the average article in a journal, it expresses how central to the global scientific discussion an average article of the journal is.

Citations per document

This indicator counts the number of citations received by documents from a journal and divides them by the total number of documents published in that journal. The chart shows the evolution of the average number of times documents published in a journal in the past two, three and four years have been cited in the current year. The two years line is equivalent to journal impact factor ™ (Thomson Reuters) metric.
