Welcome to the IEEE Smart World Congress (SmartWorld 2016) sponsored by IEEE, IEEE Computer Society and IEEE Technical Committee of Scalable Computing (TCSC). The Smart World Congress is organized by the LAAS-CNRS, University of Toulouse, France. It is our great pleasure to hold SmartWorld 2016 in Toulouse, July 18-21, 2016. On behalf of the Organizing Committee of SmartWorld 2016, we would like to express to all participants our cordial welcome. The IEEE Smart World Congress aims at promoting original and unpublished research works covering science, technologies, applications and related categories on smart world. It provides a high-profile, leading-edge forum for researchers and engineers to exchange on advances and innovations on smart world. The IEEE Smart World Congress includes a highly selective program of technical papers, accompanied by international workshops, demos, panel discussions that describe original and unpublished research advancing the state of the art in smart world. SJR

The SJR is a size-independent prestige indicator that ranks journals by their 'average prestige per article'. It is based on the idea that 'all citations are not created equal'. SJR is a measure of scientific influence of journals that accounts for both the number of citations received by a journal and the importance or prestige of the journals where such citations come from It measures the scientific influence of the average article in a journal, it expresses how central to the global scientific discussion an average article of the journal is.

This indicator counts the number of citations received by documents from a journal and divides them by the total number of documents published in that journal. The chart shows the evolution of the average number of times documents published in a journal in the past two, three and four years have been cited in the current year. The two years line is equivalent to journal impact factor ™ (Thomson Reuters) metric.
