Scope

It is our great pleasure to welcome you to the 13th IEEE Vehicle Power and Propulsion Conference (VPPC2016) which is organized by Zhejiang University and will be held in Hangzhou, China on Oct. 17-20, 2016, following the very successful VPPC2015 in Montreal, Canada, and VPPC2014 in Coimbra, Portugal, as well as ten earlier Conferences. VPPC is one of the global flagship conferences for advanced vehicles, with particular reference to electric transportation to promote green technologies. It is very timely to hold the VPPC in China again, particularly when electric vehicles are at an accelerated pace for development and commercialisation, with very strong support from the Chinese government. In order to promote clean technologies for future transportation systems, this conference aims to provide a forum for sharing the state-of-the-art knowledge, experience and ideas in all aspects for vehicle power and propulsion, via keynote speeches, technical papers, tutorials and industry exhibitions.
